A species widespread on this tableland, particularly along stream and on high crags on mountain summits up to 5000 feet [1524 m] elevation. Likes the acid rocks of the Snowy River volcanics. Altitude limits in this district from 2000 to 5200 feet [609.6 to 1584.96].
