Event remarks grid ref: Lakefield 1.100 000 sheet 7768-899939 Cape York Peninsula. Canopy dominated by Gyrocarpus americanus, Pongamia punnata and Canarium australianum. Stanton/Fell site 32. Low closed deciduous notophyll vine thicket on an alluvial plain derived from the weathered products of sandstone overlying marine mud.
