Occurrence remarks Aquatic herb forming dense colonies. Petals cream to pale yellow. Sepals greenish with pink tinge. Stamens golden yellow. Flowers on long pink and green peduncles. Leaves glossy green, emergent on long petioles. Three dense patches, each covering an area of up to 20x20 m.
