Occurrence remarks Small slender weeping tree 4 m high, branching c. 1.5 m from ground. Other shrubs and trees of this species 2-4 m high. Associated understorey species include Hakea sericea, Leptospermum trinervium, Leucopogon muticus, Banksia spinulosa, Lambertia formosa, Gompholobium latifolium, Monotoca scoparia, Acacia buxifolia s. lat., Acacia ulicifolia, Caustis flexuosa and Pteridium esculentum. Inflorescences cream-coloured to pale yellow.

Supplied as "Sheltered area on upper SW-facing slope of ridge. Woodland dominated by Angophora bakeri & Eucalyptus eximia, with a moderate to dense shrub understorey 1-4 m high. Young Syncarpia glomulifera trees and a stringybark also present. Sandy soil on sandstone."
