Occurrence remarks grazed. Bushy shrub , 3.5-4 m high, bark red-brown in colour, quite thick and stringy on the older plants, pealing off the branches and trunk in curls. Exact population numbers not known, however it is believed that there were greater than 400 individual plants.

Supplied as "Found on mid-slope with shallow red earths (with a sandy/loamy upper layer and a gravel layer at 20 cm), relatively rocky. Associated species included Eucalyptus intertexta, E. populnea, Callitris glaucophylla, E. dwyeri, Hakea tephrosperma. Groundcover was dominated by native species. Did not appear to be significantly"
