Occurrence remarks | Shrub to 2m high and 3 m wide. Young bark yellow-brown, older bark grey-brown. Leaves triangular with one prominent vein and with a pungent tip on the corner furthest from the stem. Flowers 20 30 per head, plants largely finished flowering at this time. Seeds 1 8 per pod. This species was initially planted by the Roads and Traffic Authority in Tintinhull cutting on the New England Highway but is now spreading along the Highway and Tintinhull Road, plants now occur at least 400 m to the north of the original plantings along the New England Highway and at least 1 km south along the same Highway |
