Habitat
Supplied as "Originally constructed as part of city's water supply. Now used for general recreation, including non-motorised aquatic activities. Very sparse canopy: E. viminalis, E. bridgesiana. Patch on western side [of lake]. Margin around lake had been sprayed with herbicide - this was growing in a narrow unsprayed strip close to high water mark but has since spread. General habitat is grassy 'parkland'."
