Occurrence remarks | Flat to undulating site with relatively open woodland (Acacia, Eucalyptus and Melaleuca spp.) surrounding settlement. Soil: sandy silt with red/brown concretionary ironstone pebbles on surface. Scrambling leguminous herb with sensitive foliage and pink globular inflorescences. Smooth-stemmed form. Occurs in several restricted locations in township. Used as cover crop on fallow gardens. Forage plant for Asian honey bee Apis cerana. Collected on NAQS Joint Survey for pests and diseases. |
