Occurrence remarks Tree to 12 m tall, flaking tessellated bark becoming smooth on upper limbs and creamy white. Shares many morphological characteristics similar to Corymbia greeniana. Open woodland with Erythrophleum chlorostachys as co dominant / U2, and Terminalia, Hakea shrubs in mid and mixed tussock grasses in ground layer on red sandy soilsr.
