Event remarks Boletus rufo-granulo-punctatus nom prov. Habit: gregarious, on soil. Vegetation: Eucalyptus, (smooth pink bark). Pileus 35-55mm broad, convex to plano-convex, viscid when wet, soon dry, glabrous, slightly rugulose to subrugulose and uneven, yellow to mustard yellow, with splashes of pale orange, with even margin. Flesh pale yellow to yellow, unchanging, with mild odour and mild to slightly unpleasant taste (not idiosyncratic). Tubes adnexed, yellow when young, near mustard yellow with age, not staining, with pores bright chrome yellow when young, lemon yellow with age, not staining. Stipe 40-45mm long, 8-13mm broad, curved, equal, sometimes tapered at base, dry, yellow to pale yellow above, pale yellow to greenish yellow below.
