Occurrence remarks | Herb to 25 cm high. Roots white, fibrous, arising together at base of stem. Leaves mid-green, paler below. Sepals 5, greenish, bent back and falling early. Petals 5, buttercup-coloured, darker yellow towards base and with a pocket near base of petal. Achenes dark green towards tip, paler towards base and with numerous projections |
