Occurrence remarks | Jelly fungi. Not grey or hairy, some veins; light tan to dark orange-brown; size of smallest - 11mm height, 13mm length, 7mm depth; size of largest - 24mm height, 44mm length, 36mm depth; shell or ear-shaped; glabrous, lightly wrinkled surface; margin entire. Flesh transluscent light tan to dark orange-brown; colour change from dried to darker tones; 0.5 - 1mm thickness; rubbery, tough jelly-like; very flexible, not easy to tear. Odour not noted. Spores white; bent ellipsoid; size average 5.26 x 2.38 microns; Qvalue 2.21; warty ornamentation. |
