Occurrence remarks Erect to ascending, often much-branched annual herb with slender, square stems. Leaves paler below, appear to be arranged in pseudo-whorls due to stipular enlargement and close proximity of adjacent opposite pairs. Flowers small in sessile axillary and terminal clusters. Corolla white.
