Locality C. 300 m due W of Mt Dowgo, Cania Gorge National Park.
Habitat Steep SW facing hillslopes of rocky brown quartz loams and clays derived from Wingfield granites, strewn with large quartzose sandstone boulders of Precipice Sandstone from adjacent upslope clifflines. Semi-evergreen vine thicket/low microphyll forest with emergent Brachychiton rupestris and Pleiogynium timorense, dominant trees of Maytenus disperma, Dendrocnide photoinophylla, Dinosperma erythrococcum and Planchonella cotinifolia, low shrubs of Planchonella myrsinifolia and Turraea, grassy groundlayer of Ottochloa gracillima and Commelina cyanea, abundant vines of Cissus oblonga, Austrosteenisia blackii and Tragia novae-hollandiae.
