Occurrence remarks | Erect herb with sterile stems up to 12ft. Leaves dark green above, light green below, sheath light green, up to 20 by 5 inch. large. Flowers in separate, up to 6 inch high shoots at base of leafy stems. Bracts light brown. Sepals pale pink. Labellum orange in centre, white towards wings, pink striped in throat. Staminodes white. Stamens, creamy. Fruit, dark wine red. |
