Occurrence remarks | Low shrub to 40cm tall. Suckers readily and has extensive root network. Leaves with conspicuously serrate margins, dull green above, paler beneath and slightly scabrous. Flowers subtended by slender purplish bracts and open in early morning. Corolla pale yellow with crimson throat. Attractive to native bees (Trigona spp.). |
