Occurrence remarks | Locally occasional. Erect shrub, unbranched or with few erect-ascending branches (to 3rd order, most with only one or two). 31 plants counted on E, S, and W sides of peak. Numerous seedlings (two taken as transplants). No fire for a long time (at least 7 or 8 years, prob. more). Buds purple tipped. Spirit coll. of buds for mother-cell squashes. |
