Occurrence remarks Bushy tree to 15m with dense rounded crown, in regrowth. Bark rough, grey, shallowly fissured at base becoming pale brown and cream in colour on branches, young branches with minute hairs. Leaves opposite, leathery, new growth deep red through to pale green, glossy, flowers cream, buds though sparse. Capsules brown with several brown seeds.
