Occurrence remarks Shrub to 50 cm high. Stems reddish-brown with dense to scattered short curly hairs. Leaves grey-green, succulent, slightly keeled below, flat above, with scattered hairs. Flowers with 4 stamens that have cream-yellow anthers. Style with 3 red-brown stigmas. Fruit initially without wings but these develop as fruits mature, wings greenish-yellow tinged with brown, radial slit present; central part of fruit green
