Occurrence remarks Little roadside stream (spring-fed), beside sandstone outcrop. Sandy soil under Acacia torulosa. Frequent, more or less deep-rooted tussocks in water to 5 cm deep. Also Fimbristylis composita, F. tetragona, Eriocaulon, Xyris; nearby: Rhynchospora (9683, 9684), Lipocarpha microcephala; and Cyperus microcephalus subsp. saxicola (9682) and C. portae-tartari on outcrop.
