Organism remarks	Pileus: up to 11 mm broad, circular, convex, margin very slightly incurved, minutely crenulate, surface dull, smooth, rusty brown at centre (Methuen 6E8), darker elsewhere (7F8) with rusty scales - some very small, others larger, can be brushed off (5B6). Flesh: firm, solid, pale, to 2 mm thick at centre. Lamellae: up to 7 mm long x 3.5 mm deep; adnexed, thin, close, face smooth, margins finely fimbriate; rusty brown (between 5D7 & 6D7); with 1 1/2 to 2 tiers of lamellules. Stipe: 34-37 mm long x 4-6, 5-7 mm wide, central, terete, bottom 1/2 to 1/3 wider - tapering upwards; surface smooth, dry, partially glossy at top, minutely longitudinally striate, scurfy near base with rusty fibrils; pale top half, rusty below (6D7) with striate rusty annulus superior to central. Flesh: dry, pale, broadly fistulose.
