| Occurrence remarks | Erect to ascending herb. Spikelets purple - red and green. Very common in disturbed Acacia aneura woodland with Enneapogon polyphyllus, Calandrinia pumilio, Eragrostis leptocarpa, E. eriopoda, E. pergracilis, Fimbristylis dichotoma and Cyperus iria. Red brown sandy clay on small drainage line on plain. |
