Occurrence remarks | This plant is most probably a very early introduction from South Africa, where it also occurs - confined to Melbourne area, near the waterfront, and the only member of this large genus to appear anywhere in Australia. Indexed for Introduced Plant Project, ANU, Canberra. Seen for Flora of Australia Project by J. Venning 5 Feb 1982. |
