Occurrence remarks | Herb to 84 cm high (about 30 cm below water). Roots fibrous with ellipsoid tubers to 2 cm long and 1.5 cm wide. Base of plant with fibrous tunic. Lowest part of leaves white, remainder green, to 73 cm long and 1 cm wide. Fruits with 3 carpels that separate with age, longest carpels about 10 mm long, circular in cross section and smooth |
