Occurrence remarks 27.5km from Cooma turnoff on road to Plevna Downs. Dissected edge of rocky plateau. Open community of Acacia stowardii with this sp. and occasional Hakea sp. (PGW 442) and Acacia ensifolia. Shallow sandy loam over conglomerate. Abundant shrub 1m high. Flowers with blood red standard, strongly pink wings and keel.
