Occurrence remarks Herb with highest parts of plants to 3 cm high. Stems trailing and rooting at nodes. Leaves succulent, biconvex, lower opposite leaves connate. Peduncles to 1.8 cm long. Flowers with 4 white corolla lobes. Fruit consisting of 4 carpels. Seeds tan, about 0.4 mm long, bullet-shaped with longitudinal ridges. >1000 in area inundated at times.
