Field notes Pileus: diameter 5-15mm x 7-10mm, creamy white, fan shaped, sulcate/striate, radiating from base, dry, margin: entire. Gills: distant, shallow, 4-6, lamellulae: 5-11, often v. short, attached to base where tiny stipe emerges, off white. Stipe: 27 x 0.5mm lateral, white, smooth, insititious. Smell: mild garlic.
