Occurrence remarks 2km upstream on North Palmer River above confluence with Palmer River, in the Palmer Goldfields Resources Reserve. Low open forest, fringing, dominated by Melaleuca fluviatilis and M. trichostachya, on the riverbank, on a site mined more than 20 years ago. West and East ends 46m S of EPA Pegs 2 and 1 respectively. Associated species Eucalyptus camaldulensis and Barringtonia acutangula. Small tree to 8m in height, leaves concolorous and c. 200 x 80mm in size. Globular fruit 15-20mm in diam borne in panicles on the stem. Habitat photos MOS98_1, MOS98_2, MOS98_3 and MOS98_4 are available for reference purposes.
