Field notes A perennial forb with long rhizomes. Leaves medium green, more or less same colour on both surfaces. Leaves erect. M-shaped in cross section. Young utricles green with more or less brown glumes. Male spike red brown.
Occurrence remarks Scattered. The site of collection has a population 2 m x 1 m in size.
