Organism remarks A prostrate herb rooting at the nodes, in flower, bud and early fruit. Axillary flowers on long pedicils and peduncles, corolla mauve with a white throat. Subterranean cleistogamous flowers present on the nodal roots. Subterranean flowers in racemes up to 11cm long with peduncles 5-8mm long. Larger flowers in fruit near the surface with flowers decreasing size with depth and up to 10 flowers in each raceme. Corolla white with pale pink stripes.
Occurrence remarks Brown loam on the edge of a creek line.
