Field notes | Clumped grass to 75 cm high. Culms green to yellow, glabrous. Leaves grey-green, hairy all over. Ligules 2–3 mm long, upper margin torn. Lower whorled panicle arms with spikelets first appearing >7 cm from the base. Enlarged area at base of arms with long hairs. |
