Locality Flinders Island, Furneaux Group, Bass Strait. On an ESE slope of The Dutchman at about 890 m just east of north of the summit.
Habitat
Supplied as "Eucalyptus nitida (to 10.8 m, c. 10% because of a dead tree), Allocasuarina verticillata (two to 10.8 m; both dead) and Kunzea ambigua (to 5.4 m, c. 50%) form the upper layer. There is also one Zieria arborescens (2.4 m). Stackhousia monogyna forms a c. 30% cover in 10 m by up to 9 m. It rises above a c. 60% ground cover of Microlaena stipoides and Viola hederacea (main spp.), Centrolepis strigosa (very rare), Austrodanthonia sp. (No. 14371), Euchiton collinus (rare), Poranthera microphylla, Lagenifera stipitata (very rare), Galium australe, Hydrocotyle hirta and very rare Luzula meridionalis var. flaccida."
