Occurrence remarks | Single-stemmed shrubs to 4 m. Stems green with swollen nodes and prominent stipular scars. Leaves discolorous, deeply cordate, mostly with one basal lobe enlarged and ear-like. margins with dens, short white indumentum. Flower spikes leaf opposed, tapered, cream-white; elongated in fruit. Fruit/seeds dust-like. Small wild population, up to 20 plants. Mareeba Shire Council aware and will destroy all visible plants. Desiccated leaf material retained by NAQS for DNA sequencing. Shrub |
