Field notes | erb with stems not evident; bulbs globose. Tunics light brown, longitudinally ribbed. Root succulent, robust, to 60 mm long x 7-8 mm wide. Bulbils produced at end of stolons, stolons to 20 cm long. Peduncles to 14 cm long. Calyx light green. Corolla magenta, uninformly coloured throughout, with darker veins. Filaments magenta, anthers yellow. |
