Occurrence remarks Locally frequent (many 1000s in collection area) herb to 3 cm high. Leaves simple, green, sparsely hairy. Plants with 1-6 flower heads. Flower heads surrounded by hyaline involucral bracts with green midrib. Partial heads with 5 florets and also surrounded by hyaline involucral bracts with green midrib. Woolly hairs on all bracts; apex of bracts glabrous. Florets yellow with 3 or 4 small teeth at apex.
