Occurrence remarks | Here growing to 2.5 m up trees and over ~90 x 1.5 3 m. Spreading over embankment vegetatively, rooting in pockets of soil. Stems arching to scrambling, glabrous, green, some larger stems red on one side. Leaves with lamina to 4.2 x 4.2 cm, widest in lower half, glossy, mid green but darker above, semi-succulent. Petiole to 3 cm long. Inflorescences with 14-18 heads, heads with 5 ligulate florets, ligules 14 x 6 mm, oval with emarginate tip, buttercup yellow. Involucral bracts green, 6 x 2 mm (0.5 mm edge on either side translucent). Cypselas ~2 mm long, yellow-brown with scattered white hairs <0.5 mm long appressed stiff hairs, pappus fine white hair-like with minute antrorse barbs |
