Occurrence remarks Acacia called Gidya. Tree 20 to 30 feet [6.0-9.1 m] high, leaves have a strong disagreeable smell in wet weather - wood tough dark and hard - used by blacks for spears. Small yellow flowers growing singly - leaf narrow and sometimes drooping - indication of good country.
