Occurrence remarks | Herb to 90 cm high. Leaves glabrous to hairy, hairs when present most common on margins. Flower head 7-14 mm wide, with yellow florets. Seed heads 35-40 mm wide. Achenes dimorphic, inner achenes with a beak, outer achenes without a beak. Those without a beak often remaining on receptacle after others have blown off |
