Occurrence remarks Kingsholme, 6km along Upper Ormeau Road. Riverine rainforest, disturbed. Associated with Aphananthe philippinensis, Mallotus philippensis, Cryptocarya triplinervis, Brachychiton sp. Ormeau, Pollia crispata, Oplismenus sp. Pale brown soil, loam. Trailing and layering wispy grass to 30cm tall. Colonies growing in dense carpeting mats, occasionally with Oplismenus aemulus. Leaves sheathing jointed stems. Seed heads terminal. Common at site. Voucher for Seeds for Life Project.
