Field notes Shrub to 2m and as wide, multistemmed. Leaves mid-green on upper surface , paler on lower surface, with an unpleasant odour. Petals blue, dorsal lobe dark blue, filaments pale blue. Corolla with blue glandular hairs with white tips.
