Organism remarks Pileus: to 80mm; planar to slightly depressed with wavy margin; margin striate, surface covered with small brown scales especially over disk; colour mud brown with vinaceous shades; flesh white; tapering toward margin. Lamellae: attached or very narrowly decurrent; close / crowded; moderately broad (3-4mm deep); light pinkish / flesh coloured. Stipe: 30-70 x 6mm; straight curved; cylindrical with small basal bulb; stuffed or hollow; surface minutely villose or fibrillose; pale tannish or greyish; attached at base to cottony white mycelium. Partial veil: very scanty; almost absent in some specimens. Spore print: white Mode of Life: saprophytic.
