Occurrence remarks Tree to 7m tall, multi-stemmed at base due to historical clearing. Bark hard, dark-brown, furrowed; flowers yellow, strongly-smelling fresh specimen. Abundant and dominate at site. Undulating plains of heavy brown clays subject to alluvial influence, Previously mid high open forest to woodland of Acacia harpophylla with occasional Acacia cambage; ground layer of Panicum decomposition, Alternanthera micrantha, Cyperus difformis, Marsilea sp., Leptochloa ssp. and Iseilema sp.
