Occurrence remarks Green tufts 1.5-2m high, leaves with a strong scent when crushed. Introduced as Cymbopogon jwarancuss as a possible source of oil. Very aggressive and abundant within the whole experimental area in spite of determined efforts to eliminate it. Almost ignored by cattle.
