| Occurrence remarks | Locally common (>100) herb to 10 cm high. Some plants with very large woody taproots. Leaves semi-succulent, dark green above, much paler and mealy below. Fruit with an inflated orange pericarp. and with 5 spreading orange perianth segments at base. Digital images with J.R.Hosking. |
