Occurrence remarks Erect herb to 0.35 m. Stems sometimes branched; bristly-hairy. Leaves held upwards, discolorous, minutely toothed on margins. Flowers axillary, deflexed. Corolla lilac with white throat, spade-shaped. Fruit an ovoid capsule. Visited by blue- and white-banded native bees. Photos. Collected as part of the Northern Australia Quarantine Strategy. This specimen has been treated with ethanol for preservation and biosecurity purposes.
