Locality 3/4 way up the north western side of Mt Alto, Brooklyn Wildlife Sanctuary.
Habitat In woodland of scattered trees comprising a mix of species dispersed amongst large granite boulders, with Canarium australianum, Lophostemon grandiflorus, Drypetes deplanchei, Terminalia subacroptera, Ficus rubiginosa forma rubiginosa, Corymbia hylandii, C. dallachiana, Petalostigma pubescens, Larsenaikia ochreata and Cochlospermum gillivraei over very sparse grass layer which is swamped by the weeds Mesosphaerum suaveolens and some Stylosanthes scabra.
