Occurrence remarks | Sprawling stoloniferous grass. Culms wiry, rooting at nodes. Leaves pubescent, widely spaced. inflorescence axillary and terminal, appears to be subtended by spathe. Spathes dehiscent leaving swelling on the rachis. Spikelets appear to be of several florets stacked above each other with hardened lemmas, fragmenting at maturity. Uncommon. Graminoid |
