Occurrence remarks | The pressed specimen listed in the protologue was destroyed during delivery and only the spirit remained in tact. The specimen was destroyed by a dog from the pound which had a penchant for chewing everything and anything. During this session, the dog jumped through the car window and chewed through seatbelts and everything on the back seat, which is where the specimen sat ready to be posted. Pers. Comm. with P.F. Horsfall via N.G. Walsh. Needless to say, the dog was returned to the pound not long after. N.G.Walsh intends to make an epitype collection Spring/Summer 2021 to supplement the spirit collection.
