Occurrence remarks | Early coloniser, seedlings within 3 mins of burn, 1.2 m high, erect, rapid growing, branching late. Bark/wood when mature red-brown, light green to sometimes glaucous when young. Leaves 3-foliate on slender petiole, ovate, thin lamina, glabrous above, grey-pubescent below. Flowers racemes, opposite flat or terminal, flowers alternate, numerous, petals yellow and red. "Poison bush". Common. |
