Habitat Sandy loam. Sandstone geology. Eucalypt forest on the bank of a gully/small creek, with stringybark, grey gum and Corymbia citriodora. Grassy understorey with an open to sparse shrub layer consisting mainly of young Acacia spp. The ground layer includes (in no particular order) Eragrostis brownii, Entolasia stricta, Desmodium rhytidophyllum, Abildgaardia vaginata, Pseuderanthemum variable, Emilia sonchifolia var. javanica, Gahnia aspera and Cassytha filiformis.
